wonder what the hold up is on the full text proposal being published on jetnet? you would think if its already written it would be easier to post then a pay calculator....kind of makes it pretty clear where the honesty issue is.

I`m sure it is waiting to be written on the negotiating table Doug was going to have built at HDQ!

The circumstances are so strange with 2 unions and this management team it's really hard to believe anything being said. I don't care for this mgmt group at all. They are like used car salesmen, and it has been getting more obvious as time goes by.

It is truly amazing the tilt in each groups perception of reality

I can tell you. The text of said offer was in fact "NOT" in writing from the co. They, the co., only wants you, the membership, to believe it WAS presented in writing to the union NC as an offer.
As they did with us at SWA. That's the propaganda machine at work by the co. A huge propaganda machine that is so very, very hard to compete with as we found out here at SWA world. They are playing the waiting game with you guys. Stall, stall, stall, until you guys finally accept what they want you to accept.
Hold your ground, stay united, you guys will get what you want.

If and when management puts the SWA new pay scale in writing, I will vote yes! I don’t want anyone to lose their jobs. Regardless of having a contract the company will tell you they have the right to manage their company. So if they need to close a maintenance or fleet station they will!!!!!

Didn’t Isom say something about it taking a few weeks? If it’s going to take a few weeks what does that tell you?

And I’ll bet whatever does eventually get put out will still be incomplete and just more bullet points.

Print up a Ka Ching T Shirt for this guy I guess even if it was his own Station that they closed. He don’t mind the moving adventure I guess.

Still waiting for the full text proposal, promised among a lot of other promises. Once we get it if we ever get it s lot or questions should get answered....

Who's to say the company has a full text proposal to hand over to the Association? I don't believe the company and the union are no longer looking out for the workers best interest other than financially sucking us dry.

There is NOTHING in writing gentlemen, at this time. They (the co.) might produce one in the soon future, as they get their data from the propaganda machines results, but as of NOW they have NOTHING in writing as an offer. Just propaganda and bullet points. Let you NC do their job and nego at the table, not here and NOT in the media. Support the NC when they need it. Hang in there and get it done...
