Seriously...the longer it takes to get a transition agreement in place the less chance there is to improve upon the current IAM contract. <_<
One step at a time. Representation, which union, must be declared first. Then the "games" will begin. A few ways to look at it all........some of the other groups are already playing the negotiating game. Some decent agreements have been made and hopefully more will be. Either those will soften things up for the end group (M&R) or there will be nothing left but crumbs. But I'm thinking that the "pot" was divided well ahead of time. Just gotta hope that they aren't robbing Peter to pay Paul!!
