You are right about all of that. However, it doesn't just apply to time card punchers. There are a lot of salaried employees who arrive late, take long lunches, and leave early. Especially on Fridays. It starts at the top, and by the end of the day only the lower echelon workers are left. This can also be observed in the parking lot. Almost all my supervisors and managers leave way early.
 
Like I said before, If the TWU was handling the case, Dan would have been back long ago. Makes you wonder why attorneys like Sheham stretch things out! Money I suspect!!!!!!

I can answer that.

After day three and four of hearings, the abritrator told AA legal that it would be in their best interest to settle the case. There were two clear cut labor agreement violations and disparage treatment evidence was clear.

AA Legal instead ran hearings days up to 12 days with movement across the country. Clear to California to the Arbitrators hometown. For your information, it was AA legal that was dragging the case along, not Seham or Dan.

Also the Arbitrator has had final briefs since March 31. I suspect he took so long due to the lengthy transcripts, and the length of hearings.

Who gives a damn how long or how much it cost? If the TWU faithful want to put a time limit, or cost limit on fighting for a member who has clearly been wronged, then there is more evidence why the TWU needs to be replaced. Thanks for the heads-up on that one Bill. What is the time or cost limit if it is your ass that is on the line?

I suspect, given the testimony that was recorded by AA management and other witnesses, that the threat of a lawsuit against the TWU is not only a reality, but will happen very soon. You best keep your ignorant ramblings about something you know nothing about, until the facts come in. There is likely more than one lawsuit that this matter will become a part of, I know that one indirectly related to this matter has already been filed.


Do not be surprised, if the lawsuit is far reaching beyond just the TWU in General, maybe even you and your postings and identity will become a matter of Subpeona, since you want to claim first hand knowledge about this ordeal.

Again, be careful what you claim to know. You could become part of the problem without much effort.

If you ask your one of your fellow twu punks, drunks, felons, or cowards in the know, maybe they will let you read the arbitrators decision. You will know why his decision was delayed, in addition to the company pushing it further after the arbitrator told them they lost.
