My bargaining agent says the nic. Doesn't exist and they didn't inherit it, yet I have a letter from the company accepting the nic. In writing signed by our CEO . So which is it?

Ya'll do know that there a functional ignore feature of this forum that you can use. Not using it makes me wonder if you don't like responding the SH more than you profess to dislike what he has to say...

Thanks... It's under "profile", then a menu option labeled "manage ignored users", for anyone that wants to play along. If we all just "ignore" and nobody responds, then somebody may just decide to move along. Thanks again.
