Someone is TOTALLY CLUELESS!

the only clueless people here are those who think that trying to prove a point as absurd as that DAL should remain protected and WN should be free to kick out tenants to create the most concentrated airport in the US.

WN gets it even if people here do not.

If WN doesn't understand the implications of creating a monopoly at its home airport while arguing that it is disadvantaged in other airports that it didn't bother to see as valuable before, then a judge can explain antitrust law to them.

no, all you have done is prove that you understand absolutely nothing about the competitive dynamics of the industry or the complete farce that WN made of the DOJ and the entire US airport competitive process.

Do you have any clue?

DAL is covered under a totally separate law than any other US Airport.

Its quite clear you dont understand that concept.

Maybe the US Congress and President who authored, passed and/or signed the Wright Amendment and its changes into law can explain it to you, since you have no clue on DAL and its unique law vs other airports.

what I do know is that you parrot anything that is told to you, have no clue about the business or legal issues involved here, and have repeatedly been shown to be unable to support the claims you have made.

you aren't alone, though.

and what you and the rest cannot accept or refuse to is that allowing any airport to be come so concentrated that a single carrier can operate as many seats as AA operates at DCA where AA is the largest carrier or as DL at LGA despite the fact that WN has 90% of the gates and 95% of the seats compared to just over 50% for AA at DCA and under 50% for DL at LGA is the most complete abortion of justice and antitrust laws in the US.

Whether the Wright Amendment, 67 party agreement or any other law allowed WN to do what it has done is not the point.
the point is what WN has become at DAL and there is every legal basis for terminating the agreement and allowing other carriers to gain access commensurate with what WN gained at DCA and LGA under the very same pretense.

I know how to read and comprehend, unlike you who we cant say the same about.

Is any other airport in the US have a Wright Amendment?

doesn't change that the Wright Amendment or anything else can be overturned if someone decided to question its legality based on antitrust laws

It hasnt been and wont be overturned, the DOJ and DOT were probably parties involved in the Wright Amendment and its later revisions.

you really have no idea what can or cannot happen.

No one predicted that the DOJ would require divestitures the size of what was required of AA and US.

and what continues to baffle me is how badly you and E are willing to argue against me when it is clear that fair and open competition will do more for ALL parties, including AA.

WN is thriving at DAL because it has insulated itself from competition.

Everyone with an objective brain can see it.

the faster WN is forced to have real competition on the same level that it forced upon carriers at DCA, LGA and elsewhere, the better it will be for everyone.

and excessively powerful WN is NOT good for AA.

If you would take 5 minutes and think about it, you would realize it.

This isnt about AA and US, its about the Wright Amendment and how it was passed by Congress, signed by the President and not challenged by the DOJ or DOT.

it is about DL and DAL.

AA's name is on the 5 party agreement.

keep clutched your hopes that the POTUS or his cabinet is beyond the reach of the courts or Congress should the need arise to evaluate the legality of an airport where one carrier controls 95% of the seats and where the dominant carrier controls as many seats as DL does at LGA and AA does at DCA - but where there is an abundance of competition.

i don't care either way it's more fun watching you make a complete fool of yourself.
