Only time that might happen is when interviewing for a position, i.e. lead, foreman ! As far as moving from dept. to dept. or Sta. to Sta., that has open positions, Seniority rules !
I don't think there has been much of an issue with senority intergration in the AMT ranks. So far there has been little interaction between the two groups. There were no merged stations that were staffed by both AMT groups so senority really only comes into play with station to station transfers for now. Even going forward I doubt this will invlolve a lot of the list. I'm sure there are NWA guys that were forced to MSP and DTW that are looking to move. They will have to wait for openings and compete with DOH so it will take time.
