Highlight sheets suck, wheres the medical coverage and the match? Looks like industry averaging in place, crew chief rates the same, license premium lower.

question? what about the full agreement, There has to be more than the highlights.700UW said:No I call this an update:
Chuck if Usair is at your current rate when they do the averaging you would have to take them out of the equation then and average just the 3 which put's the rate at $37.58 under your calculations.Chuck Schalk said:
My bad: $34.25 + $36.25 + $38,50 + $38.00= $36.75 Industry Average (just about nothing)
The point is we need for US to be at $38 either way.WeAAsles said:Chuck if Usair is at your current rate when they do the averaging you would have to take them out of the equation then and average just the 3 which put's the rate at $37.58 under your calculations.
watch and see, you will be proven wrong on this in the near future. I don't care how it is now you are about to see the AA way700UW said:The company doesnt pick the leads, US Doesnt have crew chiefs.
Its bid upon by seniority and then there is a panel interview and there is an IAM rep on the panel, been that way for a while now.
This has been going on at US since 2005, the three highest bidders interview and the company and union agree on who gets the position after the interview.iluvaa said:watch and see, you will be proven wrong on this in the near future. I don't care how it is now you are about to see the AA way
