International flight and the captain is taking his break in seat 1A crew rest seat. A west guy takes a picture of the captain on his break. Lets call the west pilot sneaky Pete. So PB photo boy submits photo to the company and Captain gets called on the carpet for being out of uniform. East guys watch your backs.

One-Trick-Pony resented the fact that they would not kiss his butt and come off of what they were assigned to do, so, rather than come up with a fair result, he punished the east (as he threatened to do in some not-so-subtle ways) and created the windfall result in violation of ALPA merger policy.

Well, I suppose if a pilot can't get proper rest during the break because his tie is strangling him, then maybe the flight should divert (in full uniform, of course) to the nearest enroute alternate due to fatigue.

I really hate to hear of this childish behavior. I was commuting to Philly the other day and sat next to a young couple who were connecting to Madrid. The young lady told me that they were traveling on her brother-in-laws buddy pass and that he is a PHX pilot.
I went out of my way in giving them tips on any thing I could think of about the Philly airport, their ride on the 330, and safety in Madrid. We had a nice conversation. A few hours later, I ran into them in the airport and just took a few minutes to "check" on them and see if they needed anything. Enroute, I called the crew on the Madrid flight and asked the Cpt to buy them a drink on me.

Geez, guys, think about what you're doing!.....I won't do that again!!!!
