That is only a reference to a failed process at a failed union. You should look forward, not back. One crew base, no WBs, very little attrition. That is the price you pay for not ageeing to DOH with fences and restrictions. Good luck. IF you are granted 3rd party status, you are on your own.

Mark, you know perfectly well we offered no such thing. The MEC hamstrung our MC and reading the transcripts leaves no doubt as to our position. Failed position or not, it's a matter of opinion and its failed the union you helped start. Szymanski wants nothing to do with the west representing themselves because of the chances we may fair even worse than the Nicolau. If anyone needs luck, it's USAPA.

Last few mergers don't agree with you.
Whick ones? Like NWA/DELTA ; they used the new merger policy and three arbitrators. Maybe the ongoing UAL/Continental SLI that is ongoing right now? Same for them - so the biggest mergers in airline history prove my assertions and all you have is your opinion. Got it. Hey, who was the last Chief pilot in DCA, before Capt Clark?

You speak with forked tongue. What I said was the East had no furloughed pilots at the time of the merger. According to the government, that was spring of 2008, when they granted single carrier status. At that time, all East pilots were employed at US Airways. The interesting thing to note, now having hindsight, is why Parker took almost 3 years to get that status. I believe it speaks to his intent. Thus he also speaks with the "forked tongue" and continues to steal from us all.

The APA is in love with Kirby and Parker. That infatuation will soon take a turn for the worst.

Try and twist the facts all you want but you are wrong.

What was the PID? When was the corporate merger? When the money transfers is the time that matters. Not an FAA certificate.

You have no facts on your side. if your theory was correct you east pilots should have stopped the arbitration in 2007. Either you have a reading problem or you just throw BS.

Curious as to why all your questions are focused on DCA.

DoH come out of that one? You think DoH is coming out of UAL? You think DoH is going to happen with AA?

Every member in good standing has I right to vote. Personally I would recommend voting no no matter which side of the Mississippi you work on. If a Judge can order you to change negotiating positions for one section in a CBA, all future negotiations for other sections are fair game, including safety.

You'll take that fuel load the dispatcher gives you or suffer the consequences.

The western group is finally getting justice for not negotiating at Wye River. Now "All the risk lies with the west" rings true. You and ALPA were warned. ALPA paid with the loss of members, you will now lose your Nicolau ALPA deal.
It was a windfall. Fortunately the Airways pilots reacted quickly to leave before the JCBA process. That move itself saved them. Now the reality will set in the Silver Court. USAPA will prevail, again.
It has been entertaining watching Captain Gay with his lectures disguised as questions at meeting after meeting. Got him nowhere. Scott Kirby knew all along. "NO"

Kind of like the precedence we're setting for arbitrations - if one side doesn't like the results of an agreed to arbitration, then that side can walk away from it and try to impose its own version of fairness or redo arbitration until it gets what it wants. I wonder what that will do,for all future negotiations?

Indeed. To evidence good faith; an emissary should be sent to the APA, decently warning them about the type of mindless, knee-pad-equipped, treacherous-little-suck-ups-to-management they're about to have inflicted on them. Some video of J. Mack asking if he "can turn in" other pilots, plus a few choice bits attacking the union's successful efforts against "fuel school" should suffice for starters.

Keep your fingers crossed for that and snapbacks.
