Every single West pilot, even the ones on furlough, can hold East Captain jobs under the Nic award.

Therefore, they get merged in amongst American Captains.

That is the result of an artificial stolen fence. Do you not see the hypocrisy of your statement? How is it that every west pilot can hold a captain seat combined yet we have not upgraded for 8 years? Does at not tell you that the company has completely benefited the east at the expense of the west? Even stand alone the west should have had upgrades through attrition.

Karma is a #### and there will be pay back.

The bankrupt airline forms a union to take the benefits on the acquisition, installs their pilot management, takes over the training department of the acquiring airline, changes travel employee travel to benefit themselves with the DOH methodology.

For years we've been hearing from the west idiots that the Nicolau abomination is fair to the east pilots because they are not the least bit interested in bidding east bases and commuting out of their heavenly sandbox.

So then, locking the west idiots into their dry-heat nirvana should not be a problem for them.

Well....Unless they were just lying all along, which is unthinkable, given all those "Integrity Matters" T-shirts!

We had a member of the APA Scope committee on the jumpseat.

He said APA wants slotting by equipment and status with minimum fences (around WBs, not bases) and that they don't care about the internal order of our seniority list.

I guess the west furloughees get stapled then.
