I think East pilots should ask American pilots what they expect to be protected, East should not accept less.
Bad attitude and in fact after today's court proceedings, illegal.

I doubt it. Look up some history on Judge Silver, then look up some on the 9th. There's a reason they've been, reviewed, investigated, etc. etc.
Even better yet, why don't you tough guys march in there and tell her she better let you guys proceed with your stapling of the west or you'll get her spanked.

No three way. USAPA represents two pilot groups under two seniority lists and two contracts. We are a National Union, just like ALPA.
I have seen this diversion coming for a while, especially from Parker...give the West a seat at the table. I say no way, not until they get enough cards to throw their bargaining agent off the property, and get their "own" two way.
Snap, do you see any scenero where the NIC will be the list? I really want to know. I have been asking that question here for years, and never a real answer, other that it will be "imposed."
