That's how I take it as well. DOH is dead as of today.
It will probably be the NIC with some special C&Rs to protect the 10 or so 330s the east brought to the merger. I'm happy with tgat and it's a win-win for all pilots.

I think East pilots should ask American pilots what they expect to be protected, East should not accept less.

No three way. USAPA represents two pilot groups under two seniority lists and two contracts. We are a National Union, just like ALPA.

I have seen this diversion coming for a while, especially from Parker...give the West a seat at the table. I say no way, not until they get enough cards to throw their bargaining agent off the property, and get their "own" two way.

Snap, do you see any scenero where the NIC will be the list? I really want to know. I have been asking that question here for years, and never a real answer, other that it will be "imposed."
