I actually think it's less ripe. There is no agreement, no merger as of yet, and the Ninth AND Judge Silver said that it isn't ripe without an agreement. Oh, and Silver went even further, saying that there is no DFR if USAPA has a LUP, which it has several of.As ripe as the last one. And that is the funniest part. Your imaginary JCBA is just that. Imaginary. Hook Doyal up and ask him if he believes it is ripe.
This thing is getting booted. Just wait and see.
Or, Judge Silver could determine it IS ripe, then rule that a DFR has not occurred, slamming the west clowns even harder. I actually think that is a likely outcome.
