BINGO! And that statement right there will bite you big time. First, you have TWO EQUAL MEMBERS on the NAC who advocated voting for the MOU. Second, you have NO WAY based on the voting record WHY anyone voted for or against the MOU. NONE! And lastly, if what you SAY is true and all the "eligible" West pilots DID vote as you say, to make it RIPE so to speak....that collective action in on of itself IS BAD FAITH and is NOT a legitimate purpose for affirming ANY "CONTRACT" and the courts will hold you to your vote. The irony is we have a pilot who has met the Feds on several occasions. If something is news worthy it would be due to an investigation rather than comments made on a message board.
