Hmmm. Let me look at the MOU and see what that says about America West Airlines.

Nope- couldn't find a thing. Sorry Charlie!

Getting worried???

An indication of the importance of AWA in the big picture going forward? Parker is just doing his usual thing, using the little guy as a stepping stone for himself, yet you guys think he hung the moon. Your inexperience in the big league is showing.

breeze

that being said......you still just want us to trust that you can handle the left seat of your 330? Maybe it's just me, but it appears the the best seat for you is in the back......safest for all involved, ya know.

Really you want to go there jackass?

How many 321 tails and airplanes have you big leagers bent up?

Comparing the two pilots groups records you should just keep your mouth shut about flying skills.

What was the date of the last East furlough recall?

What was the date of the last West furlough recall?

What was the date of the last APA furlough recall?

Once you get these dates, see if you can figure out what date the two groups would agree to as a snapshot for the M/B process. I suspect it will not be 8 years ago. But then again, after she imposes the NIC, picks our PBS vendor, decides on our layover hotels, and picks our crewmeals...perhaps Judge Silver will just "tell" us the date. Or not.

This is the reason it is going to be so much fun to watch you guys melt down. Concerning yourself with irrelevant things. You are so clueless you don't even know what to worry about. I hope Shamanski goes diving into that defense with the court.

As far as judge Silver concerning herself about PBS, crewmeals or hotels. Not going to happen, irrelevant to our case.

Is that what you think is going to off set stealing seniority? If the west can get a better hotel we are willing to give up our rights for seniority? Does usapa plan on negotiating different PBS rules for east and west? How does that work when we are flying together? You really are clueless.

Is the west trying to prevent usapa from negotiating anything other than the one arbitrated section(section 22)? Read the complaint. You may want to check the MOU how sections get settled if the company and the union can't come to agreement. Arbitration. We did that already. Section 22 is complete between east and west.

You do understand the difference between complete and implemented right.

When was LOA 93 signed and when did you collect the $70 million payment? Was that payment any less valid because you had to wait a few years?

Now wasn't the KIRBY proposal sections complete and not implemented? EAST and WEST voted on them? The MOU involves a 3rd party right? Does your contract have EAST pilots in "YOUR" section 22, funny I don't see any AMERICAN pilots in mine! Oh we get it! Is the bid out yet?

Doesn't look like an East melt down to me.

You're one to talk, Sheldon....from your light twin inexperience. I'm sure the West's record is much safer with you sitting reserve. Then add in the fact that your Captain requires you to sit on your hands while in the cockpit....you just can't lose.

If you want to try to have dialog without the name calling, we can reach middle ground.

However, just like coming off the NIC to work things out, I am sure you prefer to call us jackasses, due to your greedy Mesa background.

Captain Gay brings a wealth of experience to the table. He was a Beech 1900 test pilot for all of two years. Heed his admonishments.
