This is a proposed order suggested by the west pilot army of lyingitas amateur pilot attorneys. It was not issued by the court. Nice try.

You, posting misinformation, is common amongst the west pilot classless.

Careful about throwing those stones in your glass house. You replaced the union to circumvent binding arbitration and staple our pilot group. Go ask a random Delta or Alaska pilot which side stinks to high heaven. Why should I play catch up because of your career failings? Some east pilots on here I can relate to, because they are trying to right what they see as a wrong. Others on here I have zero patience for because it's obvious they are just after the whole enchilada and could care less about wronging the west.

Almost all of the east pilots I have met have been very professional. The exceptions have all been the same. FOs, small in stature, wouldn't talk to me, big yellow DOH stickers on their bags. Sound familar?

Delta or Alaska Jump seater: Sure they are, if we merged with you I would have not complained at all about youse guys jumping seniority by 17 plus years. Thanks for letting me ride for free, get home to see my family, I know you do not allow the same for your fellow East US Airways pilots.

Could not agree more! That's pretty much it in a nutshell. NIC or nothing has resulted in totally a "new" process, minus 3-4 million on AOL dollars. So be it.

That's because your power play was not exactly reasonable or sportsmanlike. What did you expect? A bunch of pussies?

I knew usapa was coming, one way of another. There would have been no advantage to buckling knees. Would that have gained us anything? We'd have been really finished that way. It would have never stopped once that blood was in the water.

In JNC? That would have ended up differently. That was fair and equal. Why couldn't you stay there?

You showed some common sense being a west pilot, accepting recall to the East, now sitting on bottom reserve. Attempting to pass yourself off as an original East pilot is fallacious.
