I can tell by their post rate that things are getting desperate. USAPAS house of cards/lies is about to crash to the ground. Maybe I'll make the trek to PHX and watch the show in person on the 14th. They should web cast it pay-per-view.
Actually, the weather here is mucky, all my work is caught up and I'm on entertainment time. Just though I'd get on an bust all your balls. Looking forward to dancing on AwFOLS grave May 14th. Oh, and I WILL GLOAT!

Leaders at the largest unions at American Airlines Inc. and US Airways Inc. have agreed to merge their seniority lists by how long the employees have worked in their jobs. “The IAM/TWU seniority agreement is yet another positive step forward in the merger between US Airways and American Airlines,” US Airways spokesman Ed Stewart added. American and US Airways have “memorandums of understanding” with the unions representing their pilots and flight attendants that spell out a process for deciding how they’ll combine their seniority lists.

Well that makes it official, ALL the other employee unions at the "New" AMR have agreed to a DOH seniority integration. I wonder what their "LUP's" are? How could this be? Shocking, just shocking! Oh, that's right, pilots are special, because of Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah.............unlike their fellow employee workers (at BOTH company's), some pilots (a minority at that) think that they are so "special" that the passage of time should not be a factor in getting to a SLI.

Well.....not quite. I don't know the particulars here, but if the method is "how long the employees have worked in their jobs" is the standard, then it is a LOS merger by definition.

Moreover, are all "jobs" considered equally? I am not certain of the employee group here, but if it is the mechanics and related jobs represented by these unions, then does that have a bearing on mechanics only being merged with mechanics by LOS? And Stock clerks with stock clerks? GSE vs. GSE?

Honoring a picket line is not illegal, all US CBAs had picket line honoring language, the AFA honored the strike, had to be ordered back to work, then won in arbitration.

ALPA at US cut a deal, US grounded all the DC-9s, MD-80s, F28s, F100s and 737-200s and the company would pay all the pilots as long as you crossed the picket line, ALPA and the pilots are traitors to organized labor.

And what about all the pilots who during the 30 day cooling off period were cleaning planes?

It is a fact, the company did not have to pay any pilot due to their plane type being grounded by the strike, stop lying all ready.

I hope I am never on a flight you are the pilot on, since you have to call names instead of debating with facts.

Very mature of you.

If you have that low of an opinion of east pilots (and you are entitled to your opinion,) you are either a G-D fool or a first class hypocrite if you get on an east-metal flight operated by these "punks" who crossed your blessed picket line. But I bet you do.

Interesting website, thanks for posting

So, now you're the Res Judicata apologist?

Why has no one mentioned the fact that the Naugler case (MDA) has been decided by the Second circuit?

Oh that’s right. It was a loss. That whole, the MDA list was wrong and ALPA DFR’rd the MDA guys and it would null and void the Nicolau theory just fell on its ass.

Another east legal theory shot down.

Sure hope the Naugler plaintiffs have paid their bills, keep collecting that money. Maybe they can appeal to the Supreme Court now.

Ah, the Black Knight, great material I used to describe Usapians. Now I have to find new material: Lemmings

Did you actually watch this clip? I did and it was great. The narrator couldn't say why the lemmings jumped over the edge but he showed they were very good swimmers. They just couldn't see the forest for the trees. I some actually swam to shore to reproduce. The message I get is pilots are lemmings, are good swimmers and a large group think they're on a lake rather than an ocean and keep swimming away from shore. AwFOL is reminding me of that each and every post. Most of the US airways pilots are on the shore, you guys can keep treading that water because may 14 will soon be here.

Doesn't remind you of one of those reel to reel films from long ago?

What I got from the lemming lesson is that many drowned following the leadership of the Lemming Bradford with this experiment. I also realize that not all East pilots follow Bradford out to a sea of death.
