So let me give you the real story, since you are paying for Marty's fine work. A few weeks before the Addingtion I trial Bradford is personally deposed by Harper for 7 hours. In that recorded and official deposition Bradford says he is leaving office on 18 Apr 09, to be replaced by “unknown.” That ended up being Cleary. Bradford goes on vacation with his family, and gets the call from Legal/ via Harper to show up. But now he is a line pilot and not available, nor is provided with transportation or compensation. Dumbass Harper did not even know who the current President of USAPA was.

I cannot believe you keep bringing this up. What a screw up by Harper. Tragic.

If Harper screwed up the last time not knowing Bradford's schedule then I am sure he has learned from DFR I in preparation for DFR II. If Sully could find the time out of his busy schedule to appear in court then certainly Bradford could.

And just so you know, if needed. Sully will be front and center at the next circus in PHX, if required. I have not talked to Jeff, but my guess is he would also be there. You just don't get it. You cannot, and will not ever put a new hire ahead of a seventeen year pilot. Its basic airmanship.

Sully or anyone else of his stature would show up to refute such an inane premise.

Pretty much lynrd....The only point I see in this to have some laughs at our mutual insanity. Every day of life's precious and irreplaceable. It's best and proper that we all have fun as much as we can.
