Looks like he may have actually been innocent, at least in a legal sense. They still totally lied to the american people about being involved, and actually at the center of the whole affair. Managing to push the issue past the election. Brilliant move politically. I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, wish these guys were as good at running the country as they are at getting elected.

The intersting thing here is that the precident for this kind of case has already been set during the Clinton years, so these guys can be sued and are gonna have to give depositions. Should be interesting.
