If you really care you should reinitiate paying full dues and faces the charges against you Julian.

Why would I ever wanna pay full dues again? The charges were upheld and were lifetime ban. I didnt bother to appeal. I hung up my spikes and retired from all the iam things. It was a mutual outcome. Made sense for the iam since they dont think i have any credibility, and made sense for me cuz of the warm weather.

So what exactly did they give you a lifetime ban for? Running for or holding any office? More?
And how can anyone think you’re credible when you’ve said here more than once that you don’t care about being credible?
Doesn’t that ever compute with you why you have such a small following that actually takes anything you say seriously?

What happen to the day when a negotiating committee would put out a T/A for the membership to vote on with either the committees endorsement or their non endorsement. Some contracts were ratified without the unions endorsement and at times they were rejected although the committee recommended an approval. Now an individual states if he doesn't like it, you won't get it. Hey John, you and your boys work for the membership, they don't work for you.

its always been shown thru elections that i have a strong support.
They charged me with trying to get members to become dues objectors. And lifetime ban. I was fine with both.
Like I said, it should work out best for both.
I like lofty challenges for the benefit of workers so now im free to help others wishing to dump the iam or twu or any other corporate union and replace it with a democratic union.
