No current employee would be displaced. I saw the offer, maybe you didnt. I went to pbi after i saw it.
You are just lying. Keep telling clt that the bagroom and abr will be gone.
I will keep telling every station their bag room and ABR if they have it can be gone. Didn’t say WILL, Mr. Comprehension. But if the company CAN get rid of it, you want to trust the company that they won’t.

No it’s not protected. Stop BS,ing the few that still listens to you. What the company currently wants Except for the few stations they will allow for deicing and cargo, is to put all other work other than loading and unloading aircraft under the where and when directed category.

No Tim, what you stated is not true! I know you have a few puppets that follow you, but the good news is, the vast majority knows who the BS person is between the two of us.
 
It’s going to take the company to move. We can’t bring out what’s on the table. It’s just too much job ( meaning work ) loss for our group. If the move never happens, then I think we will end up in a PEB. The PEB will listen to both sides, put together a contract, and we would have the membership vote on it. That I believe is where we are headed if the company doesn’t move.
Thank you .... couldnt what the PEB comes up with be worse than the offer now?I mean they are guaranteeing jobs in the station aren't they do you think they would contract out the bagroom put 7 people per flight unloading and loading.

Arbitration can be turned down as you know. Then it’s a cooling off period and more than likely a PEB, as I agree with one thing you say, in that we won’t be able to strike. But the company is even pushing for a PEB not arbitration. Again, just because you say I’m lying 100 times doesn’t make it true. What would someone gain lying about that anyway? I think a PEB would be just as bad as arbitration, so why would anyone lie about it?
nah. thats not necessarily the path. Trumps NMB has refused to issue a cooling off and peb for these national major talks. Did you see DL19 letter talking about this and how Trumps nmb notified Sito that there would be no cooling off, just ice or agreeing to arbitrate.
You cant just tell members that its 100% cooling off. Its not. The nmb can and will ice us.
At any rate, the employees will vote first, and it will be voted in.

Why lie? Thats a good question but my guess is that Sito misinforms you so when the offer comes out, you can say that you at least fought like hell and secured bagroom and abr. The health care loss will be easier to swallow if you guys are successful in creating lower expectations. But i really dont know why, i only answered cuz you asked.

The PEB will only address the remaining issues of the contract, which are basically the biggest make or break issues. We could go 0-5 with the PEB on those issues, and if we did, we would recommend a strong no vote.
And no they would not put 7 on a gate.
Here is an example of what they would do.
Our attrition rate In Clt is 9 people of month. Some stations are more, some less. But in clt in 12 months time if we stop hiring which they would, we would be down just over 100 people. Instead of hiring new hires they would simply contract out a portion of our work to fill those 100 positions to the gates. Keep in mind, that attrition rate doesn’t even count a buy out that the company wants to pick where and who would get it.

It would br difficult to mix the two work groups especially when the company is trying to improve its image and numbers look how poorly UAL was doing wuth morale so low the CEO had to step in and improve the contract ,how often do you hear that

There simply isnt going to be a peb. The railways wanted one and didnt get it. Instead the trump nmb said ice or arbitration. Sito had Lacy sign and agree to arbitration.
But it is even less likely that this case gets that far for fleet since pretty much 100% of twu ord that i worked with are starving and will vote yes.
Southwest mx is on ice. Its been 6 or 7 years and the choice is more ice, arbitration, or more social media war against management.
When baskett talks about peb, he fails to educate himself about the current casework and does serious harm to justice. Just like his yielding the back to back language. He doesnt know history. Thats also why him and fairbanks havent arbitrated one case in clt last year. They settle.
