I think one thing both the TWU (Jim Little) and the IAM (Tom Buffenbarger) didn’t discuss when putting together this Association (Or care about) was the philosophical differences they might have between styles of Negotiating?

There’s no doubt especially now under John Samuelsen that the TWU is totally more militant than the IAM prefers.

Just so I’m clear this is not just an AA thing but in all areas where I see the two groups as separate entities representing their members.

Multiple roads can ultimately get to the same destination. All I can do honestly is hope and have faith we both are looking to get to the same place. Really can’t see why we wouldn’t be though?
