Interesting so well capitalized non-transportation locals who send more money to the GL get to include their staff?

Also does someone like Klemm or a GLR who was active at a carrier in the IAMNPF get IAMNPF credit while serving the GL? Traditional company pensions appointed union officials get to double dip and earn both a company (or public sector) pension plus union perks.

Considering they are being updated constantly by the EC, how can our update from the 513 local make inaccurate statements like that? Fa has painted a pretty gloomy picture the last few updates. You now have to wonder if he understands what he is being told.

“We addressed the Fleet Crew Chief duties as part of our Classifications and Scope discussions. That section is settled”

Apparently the language has been changed and it could be how he’s interpreting it that he sees it in the negative light?

And I’ve heard that it hasn’t been TA’d just yet but it is pretty much there.

IAM side though does “seem” to have a philosophy that they think their Leads should sweat just a little. But we do have it in our Contract currently that the CC is supposed to “assist” the crew. And assisting doesn’t mean sitting inside and watching a Movie on your I Phone.

Personally I don’t mind sweating a little even after I finally become a CC. But when I do become a CC my Belly (Bin) days are over I can tell you that.

BTW changes do make people very nervous.

We are. You keep posting the negotiating update to fit your narrative but the mediators rely on industry patterns. Although you and Mr Baskett and Cltrat have consistently said that what happens at United, UPS, Southwest, etc doesn't affect us, most intelligent labor people understand that what happens at UPS affects Southwest, especially since an arbitrator ruled. And that affects the TWU MX.

Used to take quite a bit of time to get mornings. Some of these crews are ok but some not so. Crew chief on one of those gates requires a lot of hands on activity. Worked with a not so ok low seniority crew couple of weeks ago. Crew chief was telling me watch out they are watching us, I thought yeah I bet they are.

Funny. The only time I heard a CC tell me to be careful they’re watching us was when I did a first of the month onto their crew.

It didn’t take me long to figure out why they were being watched. The CC sucked. He had no authority and took no charge of his crew and didn’t even come out. So the crew wound us sucking because they were leaderless.

I never did a 1st of the month ever again.

Really? Tell you what liar show me a post of mine where I have referenced in anyway what our contract did in regards to another airline or what their contract did to ours in any fashion. I’Il be waiting. It’s just another in an endless list of Tim Nelson lies. Pretty much anytime you post it’s at best a half truth or an outright lie and it always about the Nelson agenda and ego.
You’ve been pimping another union to any work group that will listen like a used car salesmen of unions.You sound ridiculous.
