you will love The American Labor Movement. Its constitution is simply phenomenal. It also allows minority unionism which establishes a union for you immediately without a NMB certification. THATS the way it was before unions got cuffed. You remember all the strikes at United? That was because the iam refused to be certified. After 1979, United management begged the iam to get certified and it did.
Presently, the biggest minority union is at UAW volkswagon in chattanooga.
The American Labor Movement Union constitution has it built in both ways.
Those in Minority Union status pay dues of $5 a month when they sign up. And in Minority unions, like uaw volkswagon, the union only represents its members and dont have to represent non members.
At Delta, why wait for the NMB?
