No just the wrong leadership.
Don't you have a lot of experience with wrong leadership?
No just the wrong leadership.
Wrong no one stole the IAM pension.Unions that have stolen members pension, result IAM's multiemployer...
What are you talking about? Why didn't you use IAM data to make your accusations instead of the Airline Forums?
How do the readers know what is true? Not saying the IAM would tell the membership the whole truth...
Wow, a cwa site? They need the American Labor Movement UnionPosted 3 hours ago by a CWA Envoy member.
“Ok, I listened to the conference call and I can’t believe this was the agreement that was done with envoy. I’m not sure if the CWA was just letting Envoy do all the bargaining. The CWA bargaining team have made the 401k and the cap that was put on the medical as their focus points. Of course envoy would agree to do that because there’s only about 30% of agents that have medical, so in essence Envoy isn’t losing money anyways. Secondly if I heard correct they would match 100% up to 6% once your around 16 years of service. Again, of course Envoy would agree to that because around 20% of the workforce only has 10 years plus of service. All I heard on the call was what Envoy didn’t want and all you essentially did was get some retention bonuses that put money in agents pockets temporarily. No language on vacation, sick time, no personal days which was allowed for Piedmont. How do you walk in and sit at a bargaining table that has a workforce of around 16,000 people and come out with a retention bonus, no retro pay, no pay for numerous titles that they want you to hold “GSC, BSO” etc...my station has already decided to vote no and I will be looking for talks in finding another union. You honestly can’t find anything good about this contract for the majority of stations that are not hubs or have living wage requirements. Disgusted is major understatement. When your bargaining team was not able to meet in December because you had two members that were going on vacation, showed me at that point that this unit was not going to be effective. First contract or not people wanted pay and you worked around other issues except the main issue. Disgusted is an understatement“
Wrong no one stole the IAM pension.
Can’t speak for other unions.
Another low information and misinformation post.
What are you talking about?
What IAM data?
I used little timmies own posts to show his pattern of behavior.
You make zero sense.
Once and only for Schedule A.Every time your union as a whole steals from the membership.
How many times has the pension been cut?
https://www.goiam.org/news/machinists-push-congress-for-pension-solutions/
Apparently you can’t think for yourself and making up lies. Why not think for yourself? Do you not have any letters from your union to back up your Fake posts?
I make a lot of sense because you are so easy to see through. Your organization has been stealing from its membership literally since it's inception.
Once and only for Schedule A.
AA stole your pension and it’s underfunded by almost $2 billion.
Try again low information poster.
IAM internal health care plan???.Weez was this the path to resolve the medical that will lead to.a contract,??Why does the IAM not explain it's internal Health Care plan that will possibly be added to the contract.
It might be a way to shore up the IAM
Apparently you can’t think for yourself and making up lies.
What is fake in my post?
All I see is slander and false accusations, take your own advice and back up what you say.
Come back with facts and debate.
Or don’t you have to go defend swampy?
You are a low information and misinformation.
How do you find time to post while running the AMP drive?
There is a guy on your AMP Facebook page who’s waiting 14 weeks for an answer to his questions.
IAM internal health care plan???.Weez was this the path to resolve the medical that will lead to.a contract,??
Too many people taking out not enough putting in.They going to be in trouble down the road, its simple math.Just how far down the road is the questionActually AA has stated there funded 85% which is allowed by law, with the remaining 15% that can be used by the company.
It is also a Private Pension compaired to the IAMPF which has government support under the PBGC.
When the IAMPF was cut "once", where did the money stolen from the pensioners and workers disappear to?
Why would a pension "EVER" require to be in jeopardy?
What is to explain? Why does the IAM not explain it's internal Health Care plan that will possibly be added to the contract.
It might be a way to shore up the IAMPF.
