Well if I thought my Union was a Company Union I’d have a HELL of a lot of problems with them. I think my Union “used” to lean a little too much towards the Company in the past. Different people then.

I’d make the move before myself if possible. I don’t like to leave anything to chance.

And leave my JetBlue folks alone. I’m out there every Saturday with LeHive and Frankie getting them cards signed. Had to chuck a few cause we’re getting too close and I don’t want to lose my IAM gig. (They promised me a shirt and a pocket protector)

I like Frank. He didnt step over toes, he supported delaney and waited his turn. Lehive is good people too. He actually has been passed over alot unless he just wants what he has.
 
Correct. Our company didn't even start to really nego. in good faith until about the 5th year in. They got their 5 year pay freeze as they said they wanted.
And then the old NC for the company thought we would just jump on the first offer because it has been so long so they tried to get by with not full retro, skipping years of raises, and not a correct snap up %.
I have said all along SWA would be smart to get a contract now before UPS gets theirs as they will set the bar for the industry going forward. They should have their voting results for the vote that ended on the 24th. Just waiting to hear the tally.

why you guys waiting till after a TA to sign a card? You should get rid of the association now.
Because negotiations will be shut down and you’ll add a few years to get a JCBA.

Happened in 2013 and Parker shut down maintenance and fleet negotiations because of the IBT raid.

I was asking the 7 months for truth behind Tim's post that the NMB would put you all on ice until Aug. 2019. If recall when we were put on ice it was for 6 months also. It just seems that AA and the NMB are playing the exact same play book plays they played with us. The only different is your co. did not say they wanted a 5 year pay freeze from their mechanics.

Where is the final offer he said he had?

He makes up crap and you are gullible enough to believe him and run with it.

i negotiated at united, usairways, and southwest when you goofs didnt know how to build leverage. And i organized 42,000 since you guys didnt know how. In fact, this century has seen only major organizing victories from my plans and tecniques. From 2000-2008 you dopes got 0. Then i bagged 42,000 for you. I would have won delta ramp and United stew election as well but reagon blocked me and pledged victory.
Since then, 700, ZERO.
ZERO. You guys havent an aggressive plan at delta or jetblue. Zero.

This is how to do a update noticed names of both sides involved . Notice what the company offered not movement was made. But what there offers were. AMFA is a union that has flaws but everyone and thing have flaws but they listen to there members. And they do not hide info. They treat there members like adults not children. We can Handel the truth. But all we get from this association is bs. And no info. And swamt is welcome here. You have no right to tell anyone not to post here.

any change in representation will most likely be the quickest path to a ratification vote.
 
Yeah and the unelected association is doing "so" well. 3 years and counting. 2 of those years with the EC being involved to "expedite" the process.
my understanding is that the amfa members voted to reject an offer andd thats the reason for any delay.
With the association, there isnt any choice by members since the association members are only 2. No employees of American airlines are members or have right in the association constitution.

Seven years. AMFA is going for the Guinness book of World Records for Section 6 negotiations
