I don’t think our issues are that complicated that they couldn’t spell it all out in writing. Although videos do seem to translate better to the Human mind.

I never said that. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that Alex and Sito haven’t done one yet and I think it’s assinine that they aren’t signing their names on those Association updates.

Information has not been concise and has been all over the map.

You would think they would have done this all along. It shows a weakness to the company and the company will exploit this with their BS. I don't blame you guys for wanting new representation. When you have too many cooks it spoils things, and this situation is spoiled. You can't blame each group for wanting this or that. It's natural for each to want to take care of their own. IMO you guys would be better off with your own union as your card drive suggests. I see no end to the Association negotiations with the company, and this mgmt team that has lost credibility with employees.

Their stance continues to be that our core work is the loading and unloading of aircraft and all other work that we do now would be at their discretion " where and when so directed" this is unacceptable."

I still haven't seen it stated anywhere other than the unsigned Association updates that AA wants Fleet to unload and load airplanes only. I also think the Association has done a poor job of explaining exactly what "where and when so directed" means and how it pertains to our current jobs. I have ask many people in DFW and nobody understands it.
