they are. They are not offering any protections to new hires, and they want additional flexibilities. But all of us will be pressrved thru the next contract. Not saying its a great deal but its the last deal. All thats left is chest thumping.

Nope, they are keeping you in your city in your basic classification. That means you may be part time.

May be you will have to work your day job standing on your feet in the extreme heat at PHX bending, stopping and crawling into the bins of an A320 or 737-800.

Only this time it will be at 400%+ the starting HP base rate with a lot less productivity.

P. Rez relative to your career expectations working for a scrappy low cost carrier and getting a $32/hr top out FSC role plus your IAM $100k AGC roleon a percentage basis you’ve realized more upside than even executive leadership.

nope. Well, its a last offer. So Sito will have to figure out if he wants to burn 1200 current jobs and a few twu stations, or play musical chairs by shuffling what was presented last, or let the offer get voted upon i guess.

With the risk presented, going into section 6 will come with great pain and maybe less on the table. Im insulated in ord...no 175 work here, so im good to go thru another 3-5 years if Sito switches and rolls the dice.

Ok you have to understand that even though occasionally you can be an absolute total lark and completely interesting psychological curiosity there’s no way I believe any of the off the wall Velcro balls you throw out there.

What gets me always scratching my head though is the nature of people who continue to seemingly enjoy being suckered by you. They see you wrong all the time and yet they’re always eager to hop on to your next Hay ride? Maybe the gullibility of Man is inherent?

Anyway Tim if your deal was ever to be spot on, I think I’d have to take a pass. Sorry.

Well there you go running through the corn field buck naked with a fire stick jammed up your ass again.

Hootin and a hollerin trying to scare off the birds.

not asking for you to believe anything. Things have already been getting worse as I told those knuckleheads and this last offer will get worse if they file section 6 without a vote. Look, im not in a twu station that is going to get closed nor am I in a iam station that will experience great pain with loss work and be laid off.

Sito backed himself into a hole now. We all know his options.

Maybe you won't contribute to the next financial crisis by turning a blind eye to bad loans.

Did your career aspirations include OCD with airline employees?

Sounds like an Association update, short with very few details, or none in this case.
At least he doesn't pound his chest like Charlie Brown, and stays objective. The problem with Charlie Brown is that he just piles 10 pounds of BS into a 5 pound sack. Dude will get eaten alive if he came to ORD and walked in TWU breakrooms unless our solid Prez Elvira walks with him. Personally, I don't think Juan would ever walk with Charlie Brown in TWU breakrooms. Charlie agreed with management to stand down and refuse to picket with the TWU as he claimed his feelings were hurt because he saw it as a TWU thing. He is as anti union as they can be. So Sad.

I'm sending screen shots of "I have Sito cuffed" -- I'll win by a landslide" -- "I'm in charge" -- and -- "I'm no longer a union member"... to the editor of Ripley's Believe It or Not, for possible future publication...

Seems to me as if you have been repeating this same line for many months now.

BTW Tim if you actually do know anyone on the Company side please tell them that we are not going to trade off jobs for money just because now the Company has the money to offer.

We’re doing just fine right now and can wait.

huh?
Its the present reality and its now the road to nowhere. There isnt any more bump coming. Its exhausted. Charlie Brown can write screaming updates about the company, but its not going to be a fart in the wind.
The good news is that there was more on the table than what CB and rez said. Thats a fact. Nobody is losing their jobs and im sure you will see that evidence in the offer, if Sito brings it out.
But i dont believe there is one single additional thing that will be granted from the company. So, its really up to sito what he wants to do from here.

he can stall it and risk 1200 jobs plus TWU stations and also take a lesser deal or he can come to the inevitable vote. Either way, he screwed up. He took the wrong road and cost us our health care. Hopefully doesnt cost us any more but its over. I told people this was a bad dumb path Sito chose but people dont listen.
