With open minds it absolutely could be re-staffed. Fairly simple actually but I’m not going to cover that ground again.

Because CLT and particularly NC is quite beautiful. And it’s not very expensive despite any State Tax.

Weez is your buddy still trying to get back to MEM?

More likely those stations below the threshold will remain open before a new station is staffed.

Tim when can we expect your informational video on how to be a dues objector?
My understanding is that an entire catalog of information video's are in the works.
They are said to be entitled... "The Laundry Basket Chronicles"...

The medical is something that would benefit All.
Something that most of the NC cares about. Not just a select few that you seem to care about.

Not sure it would benefit LAA PT employees. Not trying to be difficult just think it is not good for all.

I think it’s safe to say there will be things in any agreement that happens will not be “good for all”

rat before we lost it in 2003 no one I knew ever got called in for second day off because of the Double Time. Members went to the bottom of the list on second day so once it got to you they would just make do with what they had staff wise.

Not being thrown to the bottom of the list is going to be a huge gain.

As far as OT under 4 hours it could have been a lot worse if it only went to PT first as you have it right now.

I like the “compromises” in the language myself.

Besides the fact that the Company gains a cost advantage already with most PT in the Hubs are not topped out yet. Having PT pay more for Medical does add to the enticement to max out any PT Cap that will eventually be agreed to in the JCBA.

Why I think a 17%/ 18% total cost for all over the 21% Company wide initiative is the fairest way to go.

Looking forward to seeing if overall compromise does occur? (No “must haves” lol)

Weez I think you guys will wound up liking how that DT works I got day one ot this past fri then two shifts of Dt on sat, I’m a topped out cc so do the math. Bare in mind I get 59 cents less than my LAA counterparts for being a cc

rat are you saying you got 2 FT shift of OT on second day off? That would be over $1,300 just for working that weekend.

I assume you still have to cover 40 hours for the week to keep it right?

We used to not have to work 40 to get paid OT if it was offered before or after shift or days off. If you were called for OT work it stayed OT pay even if you wanted to take the rest of the week off after it.

BTW rat how are you doing getting any early call or holdover OT. If I have this right in your current Contract PT gets the call for 4 hours or under first and then you get the call once they’ve been exhausted?

New agreement puts all in the mix depending on lowest hours for either 4 or under or under 4 (Meaning 3.7 or less not 100% sure?)
