If your position is that the Association needs to make a stand I ask again. Will you be handing out the Association T Shirts?

NYer is trying to ignore me so would someone else please ask him if he will be handing out the Association T Shirts he’s received?

Otherwise if he doesn’t this entire post he just wrote is nothing but pure BS!!!!!!

This is TWU Local 501 Vice President Angelo Cucuzza handing out shirts to his membership.

Can't wait for mine....It's almost time for oil change on my car and it will come in quite handy!

Tim would it be more difficult to retain our medical with a mediator in the picture and the company pointing to the fact that 100k already have it?If so why not just settle now?

That's what Stormy Daniels said!

I'm not certain if this could be a hold-up, but LUS does not have in-house Air Freight in the hubs, whereas LAA does. At one point, I think the IAM was attempting to gain freight back, which was outsourced in BK by the company prior to the merger.

The same scenario is true with Catering -- LUS has it, LAA does not. It could be the company is arguing that they want to outsource BOTH catering and freight, or a variation thereof. Either way you cut it, it's a loss of scope for the union(s).

Maybe CB, or someone can clarify if it is permissible for them to discuss the matter.
I believe that the LUS side does have Cargo in PHX & LAS. It was part of the joint CBA from the US/HP merger, where the east had catering and the west kept cargo. No mention of these facilities that I've seen in the company propaganda.

NYer if we go into section 6 will the negotiation committee go back to bargaining or will it still be Sito and is there a way to change the reps at the bargaing table?

We’ve been having ramp closures OSO pretty much every day Al. This has been a bad rainy season for lightning.
Tuesday they had a list of 76 nonrevs trying to go to MIA told them to come back Friday.Better make it a week from Friday

Sito will be the guy in the corner in cuffs

there wont be any mediator in any picture unless both parties agree to expedited talks. A mediator serves as a fascilitator in expedited talks. I believe this is the path that NYer believes and what Parker implicitly suggested in his video.

But, like at United, expedited talks arent authoritative. But if both parties are open to movement then the chances of a jcba would seem to be excellent.
