You pissed off Sito and a few of our pushover committee members at the iam when a few twu prez' called out Sito for putting out updates with your entity name. So Sito is teaching you guys who is boss and refusing to put out updates with his name or alex name.
I applaud you and danker for informing us that the updates werent from the NC.
Sito doesnt want his name on it or whats coming down.

Tim will this be like UA TA1?

Not a fart in the wind to them. At any rate, the IAMNPF may have to cut all unreduced pensions very soon. In other words, all of the early retirements without any reductions may be gone. When a boat is sinking fast, gotta start throwing things over. We will all have to work till 65 to get our full pension if this happens. Right now, I can retire immediately unreduced.

It’s amazing the people working on the DL drive push the IAMNPF. I mean even Kev has said on here IAMNPF isn’t among the top reasons people sign cards, but I have no doubt the IAM would love to try to get 10k DL workers into give a much needed cash infusion to the IAMNPF.

Wow this is a little more detailed then what you said a couple of years ago when you said we'll have a TA in a few months.
only more comical was when he went on a tirade after NYer disputed Weez' "guaranteed by Christmas" after teaming up with Gary Peterson and his underwear video. Dude had a misplaced mirror in the corner that showed him doin the video in his underwear.

from what fly said last time, the company is fully expecting its offer to be given to the members to vote. Based on what i heard, I doubt the IAM TAs it since current lus health simply is not guaranteed like weez said. Its just my opinion that it wont be TAd since a TA would force a negotiating committee vote.

Of course everything is 3rd hand hearsay but i think most twu will feel pretty good about this offer and it will get ratified. The company may actually put together a team with Sito to explain the offer. A co-op.
Sad from a lus perspective but unfortunately it appears i was right again.

ignorance is bliss but i wouldnt put kev in that category. I think anyone who reads the official reports projection of critical will realize to stay far far away.

Ironically, for most IAM, a TA would only have a 50/50 chance of passing, in my opinion.

Yeah blame me now this is your way of backing off the association subtlety distancing yourself from a losing team I always said you were a smart guy.Besides you could have posted an update from last year and it would say the same chit
Actually, the updates have been mirroring my reports, over time. I just have been a lot more forthcoming. Of course, they laughed at section 6 only 6 months ago and claimed I was spreading wrong info.

Now that my reports have been proven accurate and will be amazingly accurate 'shortly', their reports are starting to fall in line. That said, at least I "Man Up" unlike CB who doesn't stand on his words and has to use fake pronouns like "We". Who the hell is "We"???? NYer said it isn't the negotiation committee. So, CB is once again stubbornly speaking out of line. The TWU Presidents got Sito to stop signing their committees name to the dopey updates, but seems like CB is now doing Sito's dirty work. He should just say "I" and stop the madness and intentional deceit.

Wonder what that dope is going to say when the offer comes out and the LUS health care isn't guaranteed.

Sad indeed.

I'd say they pass it because the leadership truly does want a JCBA and they won't fully disclose all the BS. TWU should carry it massively as it's going to be solid improvements for them.

Funny how it just seems to occur that way in life sometimes huh?

i've been awaiting tom hanks' reappearance...i might as well wait for the scorpions or def leppard to get inducted into the rock & roll hall of fame.

i don't find that article credible at all. they got a comment from one disgruntled employee? who's pissed off? obviously, it wasn't an iam/lus guy.

Tim:

Perhaps I was unclear. Kev has been extremely consistent and vocal in his opposition to the IAMNPF since it was proposed at NWA BK in 2006 and rightfully believes 401Ks are superior as well as promote worker empowerment and personal responsibility.

My comment was more in the vein of how out of touch the people directing the DL IAM campaign are if they think promoting the plan is constructive in the drive given the precarious financial condition of the plan and DOL charges against the trustees in 2016.

Kev has stated before that he doesn’t believe the IAMNPF is a driver for card signings, which again, shows that the people running the DL drive are at best out of touch and/or looking out for the institutional interests of the IAM in bolstering the IAMNPF with a much needed cash infusion.

they lost most of their union drives by promoting the pension. You are right but the problem is that the organizers on up to Sito are complete dumb arses, ie., IQ levels, so they cant rightfully figure that out. Im not kidding. Just a bunch of ignorant, uneducated people who all have crap ideas but should be fired for being so inept. Morons. We have morons on our team. Even onthe usairways side of negotiations.

Well Nyorker, with the TWU guys I would say, you have a new amenable contract, whenever you guys get a T/A.

Don't be so sure. There is a ton of changed language that could cause a certain amount, within the TWU, to vote against it.

There may be a majority of TWU to pass it but there may be enough changes that a healthy minority will go against it. Possible it may not pass in MIA.
