How is it a losing team when I only have a High School Diploma and I’m making almost $65,000 in BASE pay not counting any of the other incidentals.
Even though I lost some things also I’ve gone up almost by 50% in wages since the Bankruptcy and I have to give credit to the TWU/IAM Association, TWU, and of course the Company I work for.
Whenever we reach that JCBA Land Al I’ll give all those Association Negotiators a round of applause for all their hard work. I know you won’t though. (No skin off my apple)

Really, nothing much to say? The man just relayed to you and many memebers that they a have a meeting next week and in my opinion it's very important. A decision will be made as to whether movement will be considered by either side, and a timeline for a Section 6 request. Secondly, surprised as NYer stated, this has not been put out by the Association. These few paragraphs in my opinion were very informative to the "Big Picture".

Mark is entitled to put out an update to his members from what he was told and/or what his perception is on things. I do share his updates but again those are his updates for his members. Which I’m always VERY aware of.
TWU President’s had a Presidents council call on Friday. Perhaps you should ask Fa what he was told about those meetings and why nothing is coming out prior to them taking place?

Nah, I’ll wait. Didn’t question Mark putting it out, actually quite the contrary, I’m extremely appreciative for the info. Without him, info would be minimal.

Our Local President’s really should be the ones passing on information like this to their members. Especially since many feel the Association updates are too sparse on information. They have the ability to flesh it out and add their own unique perspective if comfortable as Mark has been doing.
TWU Local 512 President Juan Elvira has made a commitment to his membership to put out a weekly update on activities regarding both his Local and other items that would concern them overall in general.
Honestly all Local President’s should also be doing these weekly updates to inform but unfortunately few are.

I believe you are one of the Negotiators for the TWU/IAM Association and as such have the authority to speak on its behalf being that you are both one and the same. You are provided with information that not all of us are privy too.
But if you feel that you aren’t in any authority to speak on behalf of the Association and you are an Association Negotiator perhaps it’s best if in the future you were to remain silent on all things regarding Association negotiations?
Unless all of your statements that the Association will lose the IAM Medical advantage be taken in confusion that you are anyone who can make that claim.

Who is "we" in Marks updates?
Many people think it is you and others.
Is Mark speaking for all? If not, he needs to stop saying we.
And he has been inaccurate but not based on what he was told. He just dont know it.
I appreciate you and others being accountable and not speaking for Alex and Sito.
Mark spoke for sito before, and after it was proven false, Sito claimed he never said it.
