Why can't you wish them well?

I would have to say they seem to decide what they want now, so they do not have 5 unions on the ballot. They have one AMP. If they get enough cards and have the money, they will definitely have a better chance of success. Even if you don't believe they can.

Either way no one has to chit on their efforts

There is no history with the Ass. Some of those I have talked to are twu loyalist but they realize the twu isnt calling the shots and they despise the ass and sito.

I think AMT wins against the Ass soon.

Honestly why bother on here? So Al and Nelson can just criticize it or say the guy is lying or we’re all being duped. Or the Ass sucks or let’s start a Card Drive or FSC’s should stay in their lane and stop riding Maintenance coattails or etc, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah?

Nothing much to say on it anyway. Garcia and Pantoja will be meeting with Glass and Johnson next week. Maybe there will be some movement, maybe there won’t be?

You pissed off Sito and a few of our pushover committee members at the iam when a few twu prez' called out Sito for putting out updates with your entity name. So Sito is teaching you guys who is boss and refusing to put out updates with his name or alex name.
I applaud you and danker for informing us that the updates werent from the NC.
Sito doesnt want his name on it or whats coming down.

NEGOTIATION Just wanted to shoot out a quick update to everyone and let you know that we were advised today that there will be a meeting next week between the association and company. Sito and Alex will be there on behalf of the association, and Jerry Glass and Steve Johnson will be there for the company. We have been told this meeting will be to discuss the outstanding issues and if either side is willing to back off, or move off of their current positions.

We also have been told that future negotiation dates as well as when we are filing for section 6 will be determined from the results of this meeting. That's all I know at this time, will keep you posted if I find out anymore.
SECTION 6 NEGOTIATIONS: The association can file for section 6 negotiations as early as this coming week. Like the above post says, next weeks meetings will determine this. Since it is looking more and more likely that this is where we are headed, I will put out a briefing Sunday to explain section 6 negotiations for those of you that have asked.
