Ouch that was rude. So if there is a last ditch offer with the threat of Section 6, it will have to come soon I would think. September is a couple months away and that is when the Section 6 hammer is threatening to fall correct? I do think we should be able to vote on something. I hope maintenance does also but it does not sound like they will.

"Rudeness is the weak man's imitation of strength.”

If the Association moves from their position it's possible there could be a tentative agreement without the need for Section 6, but it seems unlikely they'd move enough.

Do both parties (AA, Association) have to agree to section 6. Does Section automatically kick in.
And can one of two of the unions decline to enter section 6 therefore delaying it even further i.e Super Seniority suit.

Hey N Yorker I could use your quote on my thread. Look at the American maintenance thread what I posted SWA sent in our emails today for our big carrot bonus checks, if we say yes. With your bonus and Retro pay back to April 1st , this includes before taxes mechanics can expect 39k to 65k as inspectors on average.

Consistently wrong for this entire process, especially eye-opening considering the supposed direct access to decision makers.
i know he does have direct access but i think he is wrong all the time, intentionally, to be the opium for twu members.
I dont mind his stance with me to secure our lus health but it is disappointing his handlers have him lie and knife twu members by playing make-believe games.
His latest lie is now that lus health has been secured for lus only but we had to concede profit sharing to hold onto it. Wierd.

Either party can petition for Section 6.

As far as negotiations for LAA are concerned the only legal party is the Association. The TWU and IAM individual certifications no longer exist for negotiations with LAA.

The Seniority thing isn't going anywhere.

Sorry W, the company ain't moving. The company has the leverage. And the company has Section 6. Who'd you say was paying you...
Disclaimer: all in my opinion.

As an Association, what do we have...just a second, I'll answer that...hold on...just a minute...I'm gonna have to get back with you on that one...

They have been moving. That's what the emails, videos and town halls have established.

I'm talking medical, NYer...figured that was obvious. From past emails, videos and town halls, I think LUS medical has been established. From past comments here from NC members and Association Bulletins, they ain't moving off medical either.

Won't have much of a choice. The Association will move on medical.

Who’s paying me?

Are we back to attacking each other again AANOTOK?

And who cares about Section 6. Have you read up what it actually is?

the iam will not be around in 5 years in the airline industry if there is no rerun.
We will mobilize quickly against the madness of the Ill Ask Management.
"We"? A handful of imaginary supporters, a few RTW radicals, and a hotline to the DOL, will not EVER be enough to get you your desired outcome.
Keep dreaming though..
