Parker and Isom should have been kicked to the curb by now. Their performance has been so bad that some of the things, such as new technology, has been laughable. Add to that buying back shocking amounts of stock and seeing the stock price tank is a direct reflection on them. You would think the wealthy investors and fund managers would be screaming for their dismissal. The dysfunctional Association also is part of the problem. It's like a sh** storm for the membership.like the company doesn't know that? a 'no' vote will compel the company to give us delta/ua +3% and another week vc?? why can't you accept the fact that the company doesn't want to pay us and they want to outsource more work and not pay for that, either.
the only message i get is a clear one from the company.
i don't believe parker & isom are reading this correctly. with this update, i believe the percentages of them getting the boot from the BOD has just increased. these guys are holding the wrong the end of the stick, as if they are in charge of america west.
they will crap all over the assoc. and make nice with the pilots & FAs? i can't see that scenario. i see too many problems/issues.
parker and isom need to get a deal done for the good of the airline...not for my own good or your own good, but for the good of the airline.
This photo rubs me the wrong way even more after the most recent update...Maybe Danker, Juan, Cosey and a few others can wipe the smile off their faces and retake...nothing to smile about in my opinion.

That's a lot of money this company has been saving buy not paying us and to top it off no retro.
This is why there is so much bad blood between us and management. They steal from you for three years and now they dont want to pay you for your services.
The money they will save by not paying us full retro is astronomical. I think the damage they are doing will plague this company for years to come....
The real question is how much is the update hiding, such as what if anything has the company countered to these issues the union is stalling on.
Or is this the final offer and if it is then we are at an impasse.
Also why has the wage offer gone down what did the union do to lower that?
My guess is the IAM pension agreement if that rumor is true.
If so that’s BS and again the IAM screws us with that
