Are you in the room?Another one who thinks he knows more than people actually in the room doing the negotiations.
Room? I think the negotiating committee on both sides and the NMB are at Club Med in St. Lucia. Are you in the room?
It still does not change what you implied. You stated that AA was forced to remove the offers and updated info from the jetnet, and the references you used did not show that one bit. I simply said the NMB did not force AA to remove anything from their web site as they cannot. They can request and or ask but they cannot force. Just like the NMB could not direct or force Southwest to do the same in our nego's with the co. propaganda they were using. The NMB told the parties involved that they could not force the co to do anything with its own internal web sight. We've already been through all this very same crap you guys are experiencing right now, and I mean to a "T". Take a little advice to heart instead of trying to slam someone who has already been there. That’s funny coming from complete self-anointed know it all, who knows nothing and works at WN.
Dude, Not gonna happen. Thanks for the invite but I prefer the employer I am currently at. Besides that I would never want any part of your fiasco abortion asso. that calls themselves an employee's union. Third; NEVER would I ever want to be any part of the TWU or the IAM industrial unions, I would go non-union before being represented by these two loser unions. Now you wrong. I did not tell you what was all going on at the table. No one can as they keep everyone in the dark, even you as well as other members. I simply corrected your incorrect statement and then you have go on the rampage about I don't work there and I know nothing blah, blah, blah. Dude I know it sucks but I have been correct more times than not, and well over 50% of the time when correcting people, this is what happens when your representative asso. constantly keeps everyone in the dark, pathetically sad at that. Believe what you want and what they tell you. When you come to work at AA and become a TWU or IAM Rep and become a negotiator then tell everyone what’s going on, you only turn wrenches at WN. Man talk about delusions of grandeur. Better get ready for that huge assessment to pay WN that $20 million. Do they accept a payment plan?
Once again WN mechanic the Association brought it to the NMB’s attention, as some of what the company proposed on Jetnet wasn’t ever presented to the Association and some of their proposals weren’t true. The NMB asked the company about it and they agreed with what the Association said and told the company to take it down per the gag order. It will come out after a TA is announced. Prove my statement wrong, something failed to do.It still does not change what you implied. You stated that AA was forced to remove the offers and updated info from the jetnet, and the references you used did not show that one bit. I was simply using it as an example. Everyone I talk with uses the term "replenish" meaning to get back what was lost in the BK contracts. Now, If they turn up with even more, that would be great, but I don't think you guys will end up with more than what you guys did have before BK. And I do hope you guys can pass our pay scale when done and finalized. This would give us all a new target like Delta and UPS helped us with. The leapfrogging must continue IMO, it just helps the industry as a whole. We at AA before the 2003 concessions had 7 weeks VC and accrued 15 sick days a year. I doubt that is a replenish or return to what we had. Guys need to get their information in order.
Totally wrong. The company stopped negotiating with the IAM to negotiate with you. And the company wanted to stop Section 6 negotiations and go right into JCBA talks. They would only agree to a bridge contract.Remember when this whole merger started the IAM was in their own talks. The TWU BK voted in some BS by 12 votes or something. My point is the IAM had LUS by the balls because they needed agreement with the IAM to move forward. AND WHAT DID THE IAM DO THEY SETTLED FOR ARE WAGE HIKE they could have secured many things, but instead they settled and voted it in. Left everything else on the table
My thoughts exactly.Everyone
I downloaded the company full proposal before it was deleted from Jetnet If you want the PDF private message me with your email.
Also
I believe the Mechanics are going to be short of industry leading in some areas. If that’s the case, before voting no, think about how much confidence you have in this Association to correct that, and how much more money you will lose on the gamble giving it back to the Association to correct.
You all should have signed cards before we got to this point
Thanks
Man talk about delusions of grandeur.
Are you in the room?
Thats funny!Delusions of grandeur? This coming from someone that’s not even in the industry!
He’s not even at your company.
