my understanding is that we have been put on ice. Samuelson blew it.
Nobody will be negotiating thru a slowdown. Nobody will be coming to sit across the tuff talkers. Things are in the chitter and will now take years to resolve unless the union itself reaches out professionally without encouraging concerted efforts.
The company will now be focusing on the Flight Attendant negotiations.

I am typing this from my phone and I have fat fingers. I don’t give a crap about trying to impress anyone on this site. So why take the time to proofread my posts. Just as long as my point gets across and I piss off all of the assholes (weAAsle / dfw gen) I’m happy
You have the credibility of tim nelson.

Piss me off? Naw, used to ignorance.

I’m disappointed this thing hasn’t come out yet either. Even my Local put out an update yesterday that this thing is coming??????

You guys were more than patient BTW waiting till today to set the dials on blast.

It doesn’t matter, it’s taken this long proves they weren’t ready, kind of like republicans repealing Obamacare.

Besides since Samuelson decided to make a show as NY union tough guy, it doesn’t look like Isom is interested in negotiations anytime soon. Maybe the Association should ask to be released for self help. Samuelson will look like a real tough guy then.

I don’t frankly know what they’re interested in doing. As far as I know we’re still waiting on what the Mediator wants to do.

Anyway you heard the line from the Association, “We’ll meet any time, any place” while Isom said at first that’s pointless and then backtracked and said he’ll get his people to the table.

Tick Tock is now in Isom’s court.

Goody Goody. I’m sure a few years from now we’ll get a nice retro check and you’re I’m sure absolutely tickled pink that you get to keep your IAMNPF for a few more years.

Boy oh boy I hope AA goes with that preferred schedule for your sake? I certainly would hate possibly looking down the barrel of another 39% cut in my future benefits if I were in your shoes there little Jockey.

"CWA’s passenger service agents are united in support of the members of the TWU-IAM association at American Airlines and their fight for a fair contract. Our passengers deserve to travel on safe and reliable aircraft, and sending more maintenance work to offshore contractors does not meet the high standards that American should be striving to achieve.

Bottom line

“Unfortunately I doubt this will be the low point for American’s stock. Not so much because of the 737 MAX grounding (though it may lead to a disappointing summer for the airline), but more because I think this labor battle is about to get really ugly.

With so many contracts being negotiated at once, and with the lack of alignment between management and the unions, I just don’t see this ending well.”
