i dont disagree with that at all. i understand and agree with the concept of moving up in seniority. again you twist the post. the point of the post is the first two years the iam just sitting on the sidelines.

I don’t miss the point and I have given them crap on this board but what purpose would I have in harping on something that was obviously beyond my control?

I believe you heard wrong they’ve stated today at the sota that they will post the full text proposal on jetnet. So I believe we have been lied to all this time by the Association

They still have not put any videos up on Jetnet for the SOTA so I have to go on what you guys listened to then.

You heard a Company Representative today state that they plan to post the “Entire Full Text all the Language” proposals for all workgroups on Jetnet that they claim they gave to the Association?

If so I would be very interested in seeing that although I have a feeling what they put out after the SOTA is all we’re going to get?

I know you guys think my responses are twisty but no I wouldn’t concede a whole group of people I know lied to me.

First I extremely doubt I’m going to see it and I wonder what the Company’s idea even is regarding full “comprehensive” proposal.

Second if they actually did do it and it took a few days or weeks to get it out who’s to say they didn’t finally relent to put it all together?

BTW I don’t ever think it’s smart to completely trust anyone but I do trust the Union guys way more than I ever have and ever will trust the Company heads. I’m not a Secured Creditor/ Shareholder.

You can hit me for this if you want but I think Dale is under a lot of pressure from the AMP crowd but I do think his intentions are mostly honest.

And I don’t think when you’re playing rough Poker anyone is going to be 100% transparent.

Mostly what they do is negotiate verbally with both sides taking notes. That’s when and if people are moving. You saw even on that Company update that the Mediator no longer sees any path forward.

I’ve met Gary a few times now and my impression is I like the guy. I didn’t see the ego but I have a pretty big ego myself and might miss if someone else has one too.

I dont understand the company being so adamant about outsourcing while hiring so many people. We are getting 15 more or less flights from envoy and we hired 67 people.....ludicrous

Every buyout is a yes vote. Every new hire is also a yes vote. Just another way to buy yes votes only cheaper than the buyout. The company will threaten layoffs if the vote does not pass. And if it does pass the buyout Judus Iscariots waiting for thier thirty pieces of silver will be screwed when they realize that the company will let them retire at the company's convenience (as operational needs will allow).

I say NO to extra $3k for US Cadillac Insurance buyout and NO to early out sell your yes vote to the company.

Let’s talk Wages today for Fleet.

The Company put out a calculator yesterday where you can input your information and it will tell you how much of a raise they are offering. Well I put in my information and it came back that at TOS (Top of Scale) my offered raise was $1.16 per hour.

What was promised?

Well to start off Doug Parker promised 7% above the TOS out there. Then he brought that down to 3%.

So where are we today?

Well currently TOS out there is UAL at $31.23

3% above $31.23 is $32.17
7% above $31.23 is $33.42

But the Company now seems to be offering only $31.97 on date of signing?

Maybe it’s me and my Math skills just aren’t very good? Can someone tell me what happened to the 3% or 7% promise?
