Sarcasm must not be your forte Piedmont. Wow...oh, and if you do a little more research and go back even further, you will be able to quote me before my balls dropped and puberty was just taking hold. 🙄

People who are not fans of the Association want to kill labor? My god boy, paranoia is a terrible thing to live with.
I don't care for black olives, but I'm not petitioning the government to ban them...get a grip lad.
It's not about YOU Ken -- Not unless of course you have donated tens of millions of US dollars to certain political contacts as a lobbyist over the last few decades... All in an effort to suppress organized labor...

Cheer up Ken... here's a blast from the past...

EVERYONE'S A WINNER!

Thanks, good song. I see 700 has you on speed dial as well. Be your own man, not some puppet.

Nope, it's you followers who scare me to be honest. Thank God you think I'm Ken...

Ken, I will admit that you are a sharp guy and definately more than a few points above weaasles IQ but the Association is not budging unless the iam pension is in the offer from the company....
How many more months before the pension goes belly up?

regards,

The anti-union folks here (Trolls) will ALWAYS pit union, against union... the company is incidental, and an innocent bystander!

They want to spread the propaganda of the same lobbyist that want to kill organized labor.
They want to make as many readers as possible here believe the unions are at fault!
Unions in general i dont know but these two are at fault look at the beginning of this mess NO vote and then a renegade local held up talks then money for leverage and so on.But i guess your happy with the way things are progressing. If your happy now you are going to be thrilled 5 years from now and we're in the same boat

Actually, I don't think you are Ken... you "told" me you were Ken...
I have an idea about all the anti-union trolls, and as to where they come from... not many from DFW...

I just wonder if Tim is jealous, since 700 carries more clout in these forums than he. Hell, the very mention of 700 rattles and shakes this forum to the core.
What's up with this infatuation?

After all... megalomaniacs and narcissist to do not like to be upstaged!

More than likely, as in our case, it will come when the co. is ready and willing to come to an agreement.

No disrespect robbed, but that means nothing. Just by having NMB involved with mediations slows down the process. This is why our co. as well as yours has suggested mediation in the first place, to drag things out without the co. getting the blame. They will always say it is up to the mediator when we meet.
Perfect example: Look back before mediation with NMB. The union and co. was meeting 2-4 weeks a month in some cases, and all week. Now you guys are meeting about 3 days each week but now only twice per month. Also as in our case.
Another thing the mediator will do is, if the two sides are at a stalemate (which it sounds as if you guys are currently) and with no future dates already set, they may very well put you guys on ice for months like they did us. Our mediator said, "you guys are now on ice until one of the two sides decide to move." I see this might happen in next weeks nego's if still no movement.
No disrespect sir .Just threw lil sarcasm there. I figured w ya went 6 to 7 yrs we are at i believe 5 or 6 now im thinking a threat of strike or strike vote or even far fetched. Vote of no confidence in dp n gangsters . But only time will tell
