Personally I think Dale Danker has done a great job for maybe an ungrateful Membership over there. If I’ve ever said anything bad about that group over there they prove my point by their own actions.

I hope other overhaul Stations have a little bit more enthusiasm.

And before you go there. The abysmal turnout in TUL the other day was one thing but here’s part 2.

I heard the AMP organizers have declared the drive officially dead and are looking to return what was collected in that Go Fund Me collection.

So as a group you really aren’t standing up for yourselves for anything at all whatsoever. Nothing at all.

Negotiations between the TWU/IAM Association and American Airlines for “Joint” Collective Bargaining Agreements formally began in December of 2015. (3 Years and 4 Months ago)

Our separate Collective Bargaining Agreements for the TWU and IAM Represented Groups became amendable September of 2018. (7 Months ago)

All TOS Association Members received wage adjustments averaging a 24% increase in October of 2016. (2 years and 6 Months ago)

We received a last 2.1 percent raise September of 2017. (1 year and 7 Months ago)

FYI robbed. For those who are nervous that we’re losing out on so much money (Particularly in Fleet)

Currently UAL Ramp is at $31.23 and we’re at $30.81. 3% above UAL would be $32.17. So in wages we’re currently down $1.36 by what the Company has offered.

So if we signed a deal tomorrow that gave us that and a retro check going back to when our Contracts became amendable, that check would come out to roughly $1523.00 before Taxes.

Of course add in a few hundred more for shift differential, holidays and 401k contributions that we might not get in a retro check?

But the main # comes out to $1523.00 before Taxes for 7 Months.

Oh no prob. I do see you guys going maybe 6 plus like us, since AA is using the exact same play book and stall tactics as SWA did. So my guess is a couple more years.

You know who made out pretty good? The NWA mechs who scabbed and got picked up by DL.

As well as the contractors that moved in to help (also scabs) and some were picked up full time after before Delta took over and after.
