YES... I've "run" before... right past a bunch of anti-union turncoats, (all sworn Timmy loyalist)...
I think one even claimed to a Delta worker. I noticed something strange about them, they appeared to be human sock puppets, with a corporate hand inserted in their rears that was venturously articulating their mouths...

The IAM absolutely would not have wanted to form an Association. And I’m sure they would have played hard ball and taken no prisoners since I don’t believe even to this day they’ve all gotten over the TWA situation. (But the TWU LPP’s could have made things difficult for them again)

What is it "they" need to get over? TWA was imposed on nAAtives, every nAAtive on the property gave up real earnings, prolonged concessions and endured a toxic work environment for what? Incompatible 757s that were quickly retired, a glut of MD-80s, disgruntled workforce, and a money losing STL hub.

The IAM top officials always take care of their own. TWA or not they wouldn't have been back on the ramp in an AA or TWA aircraft lifting, climbing and stooping.

Weez TWA closed 18 years ago as of yesterday. Bill O'Driscoll is gone, Roach is gone, aren't the only TWA people left at the IAM Sito, Ed Manhart and Joe Tiberi? I know the IAM would long for the day to have every workgroup except pilots under their thumb paying dues, but that is unlikely to ever happen again with the current state of the airline industry.

Your quarrel should be with your bargaining agent who bargained you away.

Ahhh hell calling the twu a bargaining agent gives them more credit than they deserve. The twu, iam, and the ass can all kiss my ass.!!!

Nah. My bargaining agent/s is the one out there trying to get me the best deal they can. They don’t hold the purse strings bro.

That's not true. We also got some food carts from TWA.

So you're a total candy ass that never actually had the courage to try and make a difference? Got it.

Hell, even WeAAsles ran once.

You're right, they don't. Labor does.

his twu sold his group like a cheap suit to the association.
All those who are wanting to hold out (minority) have failed to show any evidence or analytics to conclude we will get something better. We wont.
In fact, the company cut revenue guidance in half and the company is circling the drain.

Sounds like you're part of management by the tone of this post. BTW, what plan do you and Doug along with the rest of the top brass have?
As I said before, no reason that the company can't make the crappy LAA plan better for EVERYONE. Lower the outrageous deductibles and out of pocket costs, and maybe it will be an easier sell. It's about time for this company to put the employees ahead of the shareholders. Remember that saying, happy employees equal a better experience for the passengers, and better overall dividends for the company and shareholders. In my entire career, I've never seen more greedy management, with a toxic work environment. It's not a secret, that Doug has no problem with an unhappy workforce, as long as it saves him a buck.

I have the more expensive AA plan, I lost the very good LUS plan about 5 years ago.

You're spot on about this. You could almost feel that mgmt views unionized labor as the enemy. This after labor sucked it up and helped the company for a lot of years. And now we've fallen behind Spirit Air in the rankings. What a disgrace. The blame has to go to Parker and Isom at the top.

They Execs love unionized work forces. Its way easier to manage (one size fits all) and they don't risk losing people due to the seniority trap, it gives them certainty. Parker has said this numerous times he prefers dealing with a unionized work group.

Parker “says” a lot of things unfortunately his actions often say otherwise
