Aircraft maint issues

But the association want work on those there 2 worried about future dues money. I’m glad the company posted there proposals keeps the association from giving up something for us current members for future members. The association want even release there proposals there scared to I’m sure. I bet if the association would drop the iampf the company would work on some of those items you mentioned.
This asso. is exactly like the cell phone and cable companies; They always advertise "great deals" but that only pertains to the new customers NOT the existing customers. You guys are the existing customers, they only want to take care of the new members coming in, NOT the existing ones, YOU guys...

Trolling someone means you are going after them just to harass.

Did you know that we have AMT’s on our Fleet Group pages because they say they don’t get informed on any of their pages. A guy just yesterday asked me if I wanted him to leave because he is an AMT. Of course I told him absolutely not.

If I didn’t post information here, no one would.

Information of course doesn’t fit the Anti Union Agendists.
No moron. They are there because you are here and when they asked you to leave nicely (the first 12 times) you refused. Remember?? I sure do as do they...

32 more AMT openings in Tulsa. Looks like they will be finally hiring off the street. I never thought we would see that.

What is that?

One has to wonder what's up with the hiring all over the system given the company's proposal on outsourcing. My only guess is they have a pretty good idea how many will take the buyout.

Maybe to just get more yes votes??

Absolutely. The company is hedging its bet. New hires are very easily dumped after a vote, pass or fail. I hope our negotiators press the fact that the money the company wants to spend buying yes votes must be spent on workers that remain employed rather than backstabbing IGMs that have delayed thier retirements for only one reason. To sell thier yes vote to the company and sell everyone else down the river. Everybody knows a few of these holes. For them the contract is a one issue decision that has already been decided. I know very well financially established people in thier 70s sticking around for no other reason. I know I kind of harp on this issue but it is a blatant underhanded tactic that needs to be ended. If the company is willing to spend that much for yes votes, then there is definitely more on the table for working union members.
