Aircraft maint issues

Makes it interesting for a while. I really hope you guys get something to vote on in the next 6 to 18 months.
Doesn't look good, but I hope so as well. Something we can be "somewhat" satisfied with. I'm still interested in how today's meeting went.

Hmmm so since we don't outsource in PHL, then there most likely must be a good reason for this.

So are you making an assumption that the possible problem could have originated from shoddy Maintenance work by AMT’s working in PHL?

If you interviewed Brett today, I wonder if he is glad he left American. Our dues, will increase some with ratification, but will help AMFA grow in the long run.
He is EXTREMELY glad now that he left AA. Even fellow AA mechanics that came to SWA has said they should have done it years ago. They were just hating to start all over again as we all are, pretty much.

Gee weezal, and you now post the great examples of the 18 and 19 offers yourself. How does that feel weez. I bet that was hard to do for you.
Now, here lies the next question for you weezal. Will the new employee asso. be able to come thru for you guys? (more importantly the mechanics, as far as we are concerned) Will they save all the outsourcing, the international outsourcing of line maint, other parameters of outsourcing etc... Get a clue man...

Ok cool. Very glad to read that for you guys. Not to say that you would have lost but why even bother to continue sniping with each other when maybe it’s time to move on if it ratifies.
You are so butt hurt by this news it is killing you that AMFA was VERY successful in getting this T/A done and soon to be voted on by the members of AMFA at SWA soon. IT IS JUST KILLING YOU...

Not saying that is what happened. But it can and it may have. Third party maintenance does not necessarily have the lock on shoddy maintenance

So fellow mechanics M&M, Kev., Conehead, 757, in the T/A at a glance I provided, is a flow chart with other airline mechanics wages and comparos drawn up by SWA. My question for all the other airline mechanics is; Is the flow chart numbers, dates and lengths correct and as indicated by the flowchart. Sometimes we don't have all the info as the co. does, so hard for us to really compare.
Notice one chart labels "American 2018 offer" did you all get an offer in 2018?? Just trying to verify everything is all. Please correct as needed. Here's the T/A at a glance charts:

The company wants what the other airlines have in terms of scope. They made it clear to the mediators they will not change their position.
So what next?
