this is true. its a joy working for a company who's claim to fame is to screw the employees to their best of their ability, and pick the pockets of its passengers at every opportunity. no fee is to small or to cheesy to pass up. in time we will be the most hated airline in the industry aka uscare air. watch out spirit we are racing to the bottom!

SWA nego's update;
Survey is completed. They are going through them and organizing.
Co. has put out a new email indicating that the litigations will resume, as will ours against the co., and McCrady is now looking to put in a new co. NC at the table. Will all of them get replaced? Not sure until he releases them to our negotiators and introduces them. He also addresses the fact that he is eager to address the remaining issues after they get the survey back, so he is indicating a possible quick resolution, but we will see as he always has said that in the past. More info to follow when I get it.
Have you all set any dates as of yet with mediators? Good luck to you all.
 
Another update on our nego's meeting dates. And NO we are not waiting until next year as so many uninformed folks have said so.

The AMFA–SWA Negotiating Committee had called for this survey of the membership following the recent rejection and overwhelming disappointment of the AMFA-SWA AMT TA. We would like to thank all of you who participated in the survey. Your feedback will help guide your Negotiating Committee to pursue an agreement worthy of the membership's approval. Next week your Negotiating Committee will be meeting to review and analyze the survey data and membership comments, which will be used to prepare a proposal to present at our next negotiation session.

Parker is not the devil. He is a person doing a job (just like the other 3). He is doing what the people that hired him expect him to do.

If your going to point fingers you need to look beyond Parker.

So Parker people want him to lie to the employees. Delta plus 7 we have a industry leading contract just need to get in negotiations. Parker has turned AA into Walmart air. He’s worried more of basic economy and being like spirt . He has forgot the frequent flyers who want service. Just read any flyer talk websites and read what they have to say. It’s not good

Funny how Swampy talks industrial unions, but last time I looked at SWA we still do not have a new contract, now over 6 years. I don't think it has anything to do with what union you have, but the management team you are dealing with.
