AA Agents ratify first contract

Holidays need to be at 2.5 pay or higher. No exceptions!

We need our 10 paid holidays at 2.5 pay rate back with no trade off for 2 weeks additional vacation. We should not get our 7 weeks back in exchange for holiday pay. That's a CONCESSION! That's what just happened with the gate agents.

Filing a grievance is the right thing to do when the company violates the CBA, and if the union doesn't, they can be sued for DFR.

Not talking about filling any grievance, at least not yet.....this one that the company claims didn't exist but yet they offered CWA 1000.00 per full time 500.00 part time employee as settlement.....had CWA continued the grievance and won  agents would have gotten around $6000.00 each maybe more..

I guess all the people that voted yes on the PMUS side are stupid then and all the folks from PMUS side that negotiated the agreement should be fired from their posts and new officers should be elected

bob, one thing is for darn sure, im really glad you are not on the team nego for new deal bec youd be real lousy    judging by your posts  your only out for yourself   you never been thru the hell we endured in the mid 2000s   now is the time we gain all that we lost and more.

You didn't think that a contract was going to favor the LUS side did you?
The LUS side was going to feel some pain, just like the agents on the LAA side during bankruptcy. If even you didn't see that coming then you should..... well ...just crawl under some of those stock-boy ready boxes you got waiting for you in the morning.
