The fact that the Presidents are getting paid by the company is common knowledge among the E-Boards.

There are around 23 AA/YWU Presidents, 23 X $62000=$1426000. That leaves 1.674 million. On pay continuence the company charges around 10% to cover benifits. Ok that eats up 142,000, so we still have $1.532 million. Who gets it?

Bobby Gless' dues continued to be submitted to local 562 through payroll deduction at least through August of 2003, eights months after becoming a full time International Rep. You cant have a payroll deduction without a paycheck.

Bobby Gless told members of Local 562 that he was taking a paycut also, but not as much as us.

International officers like Jim Little and Sonny Hall recieved pay raises last year. Is the International likely to raise their pay while cutting others? Maybe, it wouldnt suprise me but that is not what I think happened here.

I recieved an E-mail from a person who claimed to be a member of Local 514. He said that he stopped by Local 514 to discuss some issues and that Gary Yingst was there. He said that Gary also, like Bobby Gless, claimed that he was taking a paycut but that it only amounted to 6%, not 17.5%. Well if Gary is getting $130,000 from the TWU, plus another $72,000 from AA and only his AA check is cut by 17% then his total cut would only be around 6%.



As far as the OLMS investigation, that could take a long time. My complaint was only filed recently. Why wait to find out the truth? They can either deny it or admit it.

On the second page of that propsal, under "Other", the fourth item down is "Eliminate Company paid UB, M&R $1.7 million, FSC-$1.3 million, other $0.1 million, ALL TWU- $3.1 million.

I dont think anything will come of it but that doesn't mean its right. The only way to prove it is to see their W-2's.

If the twu wasn't so close to being removed it would be interesting to see this years LM2's and compare with 2003. If there is no pay cut then we would know for sure their getting two paychecks.

He got a $7000 dollar raise. Was he also getting a 40 hour check from the company? That would put him at well over $200,000.


Sonny Hall went from 200988 to 210961.

Jim Little was elected at the last convention and now is filling the position of ATD director due to a retirement and will be voted on during the next convention. In turn the members vote on the delegates to represent them during the convention. If you wish to have an input go to your local and attend the meetings!

If you wish to have the constitution changed than have your local propose these changes! The system does work! But it does take a little effort on your part! It is easy to cast stones when you are not held accountable! If Amfa was ever to get in these lies they are throwing will haunt us all!!!!

Why would anyone be willing to believe a known and proven liar? Jim Little is documented beyond any doubt to be a liar. Why waste the time of day asking the man who has a known history of telling extreme and costly fabrications? How can you claim the "truth would be known" by asking Jim Little, the proven and documented liar?

Anyone who has that kind of time, should spend it reading the TWU Convention Proceedings (Minutes) of 1989, 1993, 1997, and the 2001 Conventions. Once you read those, you will also find that CIO is a proven liar and that change from within has been documented by the TWU as an un-obtainable solution to our problems.

Jim, attached is information about the eligibility list regarding the upcoming election between the twu and AMFA.

Second, the twu filed their objection, and it should come as NO surprise that not only did they NOT object to the inclusion of 16 deceased persons, but the twu also neglected to object to the 269 Retirees, 140 Resignations, 72 Terminations, as well as numerous other inconsistencies, including objecting to 10 names that were never even on the company supplied list. Now, if that weren't enough, the twu also filed 2 objection attachments to ADD an additional 2087 names that weren't on the company supplied eligibility list! What is it about a fair, democratic election that scares you? I am disgusted at the twu's actions in their belief that Fleet Service Clerks, Food Service Employees, Fleet Service Clerk Helpers belong in my Craft & Class. I am a bit surprised though that you did not include the Casino Dealers and Bus Drivers that you also suck dues money from in the eligibility list. There will be an election between the twu and AMFA. The twu will lose. One last question Jim. Were the deceased individuals included on the eligibility list able to vote on our FULL REVOTE? Oh, that's right, you never followed through on your promise for a FULL REVOTE.

I am c/cing this e-mail to other AA AMTs because I feel that they should be aware of any answer you might fabricate to my question to you.
