Why wont the TWU answer why International Officials were on company payroll and why they were accepting $3.1 million a year from the company?

Protocol, so thats the new name for accepting kickbacks?

I recieved $800/month for representing my coworkers, many of them were stock clerks who would not be eligible to go to AMFA. They felt I was doing a good job, and their opinion counts more than yours to me. I was re-elected to my position, those who could not get re-elected are both in the International. Why does the International deliberately choose people that the members reject? Is that your goal NW, unable to get elected because your coworkers reject you so you sit here hoping for an International appointment? Or are you just scamming out of work sitting here on "UB", or is it "UBI", time?

So you claim that you are not doing this on union or company time?

You forget, I've seen what they have to offer. How long have you been a TWU member? Have you ever attended a TWU fuction outside of MCI? Ive seen how they promote those who get voted out of office by the members. How they get drunk at Conventions and fail to show up for what they were at the Convention to do. How despite a small membership they pay themselves more than union officials at unions that are ten times larger get. I've seen the corruption, the lack of Democracy and then the way they blame the membership for their actions or inactions. And most important of all I've seen how they give concession after concession to support the growth of the company at our (and your) expense. Dont you think that AMRs success had something to do with the demise of TWA and other carriers?

Your lack of facts in arguing the twu's position as a positive for our craft & class is typical of cowards and those willing to sell their self to earn a few crumbs. Much the way the newly UNELECTED kirk wells has done.

I do not fear a democratic union, I have one now that is more democratic than amfa. And as I have stated before, my profession is the airline industry, not just mechanics as you so desire. Now go give delle an invite to dinner, make sure you treat, and tell him what a good job you're doing...I'm sure the little man will be impressed as we are.

nw, it is not showmanship that deduces your inner id. It is the ability to read what you post as your union and professional beliefs and being able to realize you are simply a person who is uninformed due to the fact that you swallow what ever the twu says as gospel.

What democratic union do you belong to? It is not the twu. If it is please let me know when everyone in the twu can elect international officers.

Your profession is the airline industry? Does your A&P allow you to throw bags, make reservations and pilot a commercial aircraft? I "desire" the best for my CRAFT & CLASS.
