2015 Fleet Service Discussion

the sad part is   given the projections of the profits the company is projected to make  there should not be a dam thing to give up.    its one thing if profits go down  oil goes up  but given the current status  and the projects only improvements and enhancements shld be made.   weve all sacrificed so much  its high flying time to regain it back  in the JCBA

You are already losing...the 4% is costing you daily while ALL other employees benefit!

You should read you past post, your just like 700,
Based on what?

My household still draws income from American Airlines and I am still directly impacted by TWU contracts.

700UW is living in the past, these contracts affect me NOW, today, in the present.

So again I ask....... based on what?

there's a better chance of the Pope becoming a baptist than us getting retro on that
Diminished expectations, the greatest challenge we face. The money is there, we need the balls to go for it.

Bob I don't disagree at all I just don't have much faith in either the TWU or IAM to get that

Any bets or odds on getting the 4% retro back to 1-5-2105 when other work groups and non union folks started receiving theirs.
I'm not surprised Bob through that out there. What else is a five time elected official gonna say. I can promise you, Doug has no intentions of giving retro on that BUT if he did, you can damn well believe it will be from giving something else up!

Doug as well as Lombardo had their chances at first impressions...they both failed miserably!

Not probable, especially since the holdup is a third party issue.

you can be sure they realize this process is also being delayed by the anti-Association folks that have elected positions.

That's an interesting twist.
How about the iam/twu agreed to this a$$ociation without membership input.
Since they both suck and are dictatorial to their "membership", the membership is pissed as there are many that do not want this a$$ociation.

Unions are 'supposed' to reflect the will of the membership, not the other way around.
