You should just quit and even get more "distance" from all of us.

You should retire before you every APA pilot discovers what a dimwit you are.

Anyone biting on DOH with "nice protections"?

Wow. I guess you completely missed the whole PA thing, huh?

Do you need help finding your gate?

Let me guess, you wear a really ugly tie to work.

You dumbs**t.  Have you ever heard of "settled out of court"?  That's what the Seniority Protocol Agreement was, and the lawsuit was dropped.

You idiots learn one or two legal terms ("with prejudice" and estoppel)  and think you're lawyers, while you should have listened to the one at Wye River who had the actual law degree and license to practice.

Dismissed. I can't wait for the update where UCRAPA calls this a win. You are like mildew, slimy and keeps coming back just like an Ucrapian. Go away already. Sheesh.

It's not a win, it's progress. All parties weighed the pros and cons and decided to sign a PA. It was an effective use of leverage.

Just how much leverage did USAPA have when they were bound to evaporate with a few days...weeks at the most. USAPA basically caved to APA...and the west will have their own representatives introducing the Nic.

If that is the case, why didn't the company and APA wait until SCS and produce the PA it wanted, with the west merger committee granted and not at the whim of arbitrators? Your logic is lacking.

You may get a seat. You may get the Nic. But, best case when do you get to use it? Mid 2016 at the earliest? Looks like a loss to me.

By joint agreement Einstein . No spin needed!

The NMB formally declared Single Carrier Status for the pilot groups on August 8th, 33 days ago. It doesn't look like there will be a representation election, thank goodness, so when will APA be declared our new Bargaining Agent?
