Mikey 767Jetz Stein was exposed as a compulsive liar before he departed the forum.  Lied through his teeth for years about his brilliant career at United (bottom reserve in junior base) while falsely claiming that he had no dog in the US Airways seniority fight.  He then resigned at United to accept a recall to the West from his furloughed status.  He actually believed the Ferguson shuck and jive about how victory was right around the corner.  Now he commutes from Long Island and sits brooding in a roach infested Sky Harbor crash pad.

Jurik disappeared from his psycho forum act for a different reason, relayed to me by a respected company figure, as USA320Pilot would say.  Turns out that Johnny Jurkoff was passed the following message from the new regime in Dallas.
"We know you're nuts and if you don't clean up your act, as of yesterday, you will be gone.  Have a nice day."  Bravo to the new leadership team.

Some people are just born losers.
And therein lies the reality: "You just CAN'T fix (let alone REASON with) stupid."

SLI arbitration............

It won't be done without us.
Are you missing something?

Enjoy the show.
When the arbitrators make their decision, no-one will be in the room, not the west, east, or APA. It will be done without you!.....sorry.

Your fellow USAPA member.
(USAPA represents East and WEST)

No, the APA and AA management are very aware of all of the antics from the west pilot group.

US Airways Permanent Injunction Against USAPA
During the summer of 2011, US Airways East pilots engaged in an illegal slowdown of the airline. The thought was that hurting the operation would bring Doug Parker to the negotiating table and he would agree to break the Transition Agreement and accept a date-of-hire seniority list. Thousands of passengers were inconvenienced and the illegal work action cost the corporation millions of dollars. In response the work action, US Airways filed for a Temporary Injunction against USAPA and all US Airways pilots to cease and desist. The lawsuit was filed in North Carolina District Court and assigned to Judge Robert J. Conrad. After a series of hearings, Judge Conrad agreed with US Airways and issued an injunction citing the overwhelming evidence of a work action.

The West pilots applaud the injunction against all of us.

Did you applaud the AA pilots also, I assume you did not support them. You probably tried to steal their jobs I bet.

One of those "idiots" ????

"You don't care about winning but you don't want to lose"

I'm numb, maybe that's what I have in common with Breeze......

"What can you do when your dreams come true
And it's not quite like you planned?
What have you done to be losing the one
You held it so tight in your hand well
Time passes and you must move on
Half the distance takes you twice as long
So you keep on singing for the sake of the song
After the thrill is gone"

Maybe we sing the same song yet in a different verse?

After The Thrill Is Gone Lyrics
The Eagles

“The Eagles – After The Thrill Is Gone”

Same dances in the same old shoes
Some habits that you just can't lose
There's no telling what a man might use
After the thrill is gone
The flame rises but it soon descends
Empty pages and a frozen pen
You're not quite lovers and you're not quite friends
After the thrill is gone, oh
After the thrill is gone
What can you do when your dreams come true
And it's not quite like you planned?
What have you done to be losing the one
You held it so tight in your hand well
Time passes and you must move on
Half the distance takes you twice as long
So you keep on singing for the sake of the song
After the thrill is gone
After the thrill is gone

You're afraid you might fall out of fashion
And you're feeling cold and small
Any kind of love without passion
That ain't no kind of loving at all, well

[Outro]
Same dances in the same old shoes
You get too careful with the steps you choose
You don't care about winning but you don't want to lose
After the thrill is gone
After the thrill is gone
After the thrill is gone, oh
After the thrill is gone

Edit the description to add:
  • Historical context: what album the song's on, how popular it was
  • An explanation of the song's overall story (example: "In this song, Kurt breaks down a day at his grandparents' house")
  • The song's instrumentation and sound

This would have implemented the NIC. The west fails again when offered the silver platter.
