Traitorjake- USAPA dues paying member since 2006.

2006?

USAPA became the NMB-certified bargaining agent for all US Airways pilots effective April 18, 2008. Uncontested courtroom evidence proved that the sole reason USAPA was formed was to "abrogate an arbitration." (Bradford Letter)

USAPA is a member of The Coalition of Airline Pilots Associations. Supporters of USAPA are commonly referred to as "Usapians."

On August 5, 2013, USAPA's founder, former President and Vice-President Michael J. Cleary, threatened legal action against USAPA alleging it is using his trademark without his permission. Because of this action, Usapians are commonly referred to as Former Union Known as USAPA Profiteers (FUKUP's).

We thank you for your support!

Probably should also thank our west friends for their support and choosing to stay locked in their little PHX island. Geez, every time I turn on the computer a USAPA message about a retirement, good deal!!

Traitor was owned the minute Nicolau came out and the patriots started the movement of USAPA.
Bradford the visionary began the movement shortly thereafter. Traitor, Tony Anger, Eric Auxier et al are ALL USAPIANS.

Enjoy the extortion while it lasts, which won't be long.

From the Hanger Web Board:

"BTW, if usapa tries to use a penny of dues money to set up an organization after usapa is gone. Someone is going to become a prison *****. The federal government hates when unions mis spend dues money."

"As I was asking President Hummel about that situation (at the July 21 PHX Meeting), Sect/Treas. Streble interrupted me to yell, "That would be illegal!"

In spite of wishes, lawsuits, frustrations, assessments, and implicit assumptions otherwise, the one thing USAPA has done marvelously is spend money legally.

P.S.  Extortion while it last?  That would be illegal.  ;)
